Workvivo, the employee experience platform that simplifies communication and boosts engagement, has grown rapidly and is empowering some of the world’s biggest brands like Dollar General, Ryanair, Amazon, Bupa, and the Virgin Group to engage and connect their people – no matter whether they work in the office or on the front lines.
The state-of-the-art engagement hub follows the blueprint of Zoom’s other hubs around the globe, marking a shift from traditional office spaces towards a technology-first experiential working hub designed for hybrid working. Fully integrated with Zoom’s technology, the engagement hub will allow employees to collaborate easily, whether in person or hybrid.

The new roles will be hired over the next two years and will primarily be product and engineering positions to invest in research and innovation.

The engagement hub was designed to capture the Workvivo and Zoom branding, and to reflect the stories and culture of both organizations and the joint story since last year.
Employees in the engagement hub can benefit from:
- Forty work points, catering to both in-person and remote working arrangements.
- Three working zones: the Community Zone, Hybrid Collaboration Zone, and the Focus Zone. These areas offer different sensory environments to suit various work styles.
- Five Zoom Rooms, ideal for hybrid meetings, as well as 10 smaller demo pods.
- A Virtual Kiosk to allow office managers to manage the office remotely, greeting guests and handling administration tasks, empowering everyone to do their best work from anywhere.
All these offerings are bookable through Zoom’s workspace reservation tool. Zoom’s all-in-one solution enables its employees to plan and navigate their workday in the office.
Workvivo was founded in Cork in 2017 and since then, Workvivo has grown and signed new customers globally. In 2023, Workvivo was acquired by Zoom, paving the way for the next phase of growth. Earlier this year, Workvivo was named the only preferred migration partner by Meta as it retired its employee communications platform, Workplace.
